Who we are
The data controller for Quivoice is Erny Salcedo, Cra 42H #82-88,Barranquilla, Colombia, under the laws of Colombia. For any privacy question or request, contact legal@quivoice.com.
Data we process
We process account data (name, email, password hash), organization and workspace settings, customer and invoice data you create, billing status, export files and usage data needed to operate and secure the service.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, create and deliver invoices, process subscription payments, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
We share data with service providers needed to operate the service: Neon, Vercel, Better Auth, Dodo Payments, SMTP2GO. Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its function.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data according to this retention policy: 30 days after account deletion, except billing records we must retain for tax and legal obligations.
Your privacy rights
Request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to legal@quivoice.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days, in accordance with applicable law and the data protection regulations of Colombia.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies required for authentication, session management and your theme preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
